AN EXCLUSIVE BEACHHOUSE
A private beachhouse, only metres to the shoreline. Views right out to the horizon including the Tollgate & Snapper Ids, two decks, all watersports, bushwalk or biking on flat tracks & roads. Your own outdoor Kitchen'n'Grill to cook up your catch of the day, caught while fishing at the beach! Light the indoor fireplace & cosy up to the warm fire with a hot drink or wine!
FARMERS MARKETS
Get yourself down to the Moruya markets held every Wednesday and delight in the home grown produce of the region. Everything from watermelons, lettuces, fruits and you can buy lunch there also.
ECO TOURS
In our region, we are all eco friendly and many tours are available including kayaking, bushwalking, bird watching and a visit to the Botanial Gardens is a must see. Whale spotting boat tours also.

BREATHTAKING COUNTRYSIDE
From the coast to the mountains, Eurobodalla region has the lot! Checkout all there is to see around the beautiful countryside drives all the way from Nowra to the Victorian border.
A MAJESTIC ANIMAL SANCTUARY
Visit the renowned MOGO ZOO in Mogo, just of the Princes Hwy Mogo. Everything a world renowned zoo has to offer is here. Tour guides are a popular choice and make sure to ask to see the new baby animals.
STUNNING STARLIGHT
Get to the beach as the sun goes down and witness the wonders of the night starlights of the Milky Way. Get the kids to find the Southern Cross and find the way south as did the early explorers.
FIRESIDE GRILL & PIT
The best thing about having your own beach house is to grill your own food with friends around the fire, then slip a drink or two around a firepit. This is all available at the beach house itself.
ALL THE CAFE'S GALORE
If your a cafe lover like we are, the choice of cafe's in the area are endless. From Batemans Bay, Mogo, Moruya, Bodalla and many more places, there's a cafe to suit anyone's taste. Surfside Cafe is just a minute walk across the road for quick bite's & milk if needed.
CLUBS & RESTAURANTS
We would recommend for a bite out for dinner either one of the many clubs in the area, the Catalina Country Club & Soldier's Club is great, courtesy buses can pick you up at the front of the beach house. The Boat Shed on the wharf for fish'n'chips for the kids, the list is to many.
